Compo Road South Sidewalk Installation Project

The Compo Road South Sidewalk Installation Project continues to make progress toward creating a complete bike and pedestrian route from Downtown Westport to the Train Station and the town's recreational complexes at Longshore and Compo Beach. The 6,500-linear-foot project is approximately 70% complete and is planned for full completion by November 2026. The work meets regional goals for bicycle and pedestrian connectivity and is funded through the State's Local Transportation Capital Improvement Program.
